I have had a website hosted by rarehosts for a few months now and find the administration "on the ball".
On the odd occasion I have had to contact them and they are very professional and genuine in their business approach. Contact is always available online and they are eager to help if required, all you have to do is ask. Although I have the option to switch my site away to another server, I have no reason to even consider that option.
For great service and support they are right up there with the top hosts.
